Hi, I’m Acacia Cleveland
I’m an instructional design consultant and the founder of Favor Made Media LLC. My background spans instructional design, education, multimedia production, audio, and technical production. That combination allows me to look at a training project from both sides: how people need to learn the information and how the final experience should be developed and delivered.
I work directly with clients to assess existing materials, identify learning gaps, design the instructional experience, develop supporting assets, and prepare the finished product for delivery. For larger projects, I may coordinate specialized tools or outside resources as needed, while remaining the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
